She has held managerial and directorial positions in national and international business groups, leading administrative and human resources functions in complex and highly demanding corporate environments.

He has participated in and led consulting projects from their design to implementation, including balanced scorecards, job evaluations and descriptions, salary surveys, variable compensation plans, policy and procedure manuals, recognition programs, compensation and benefits, as well as structuring measurement and evaluation models and instruments, market studies, and organizational diagnostics.
